Introduction to Leadership Program – The Leadership Program gives students full access to all aspects of ATA training, including weapons, without restrictions based on rank.

Without this program, students progress through structured limitations: white, orange, and yellow belts focus on forms and one-step sparring; camo and green belts add light-contact sparring; purple belts begin board breaking at the core.

Traditional progression then restricts students from accessing advanced training until brown belt, at which point participation in the Leadership Program becomes mandatory.

The Leadership Program removes these barriers, allowing motivated students to explore the full breadth of ATA skills from an earlier stage, accelerating growth and mastery.
